My client requested a handout for distribution during a crucial meeting with the Lethbridge City Council. The brochure was meant to outline all of their services, with the current website serving as my content guide. However, I initially misunderstood the request. Assuming the envisioned outcome, I proceeded to create a PowerPoint presentation instead. Despite my error, the presentation was well received—they loved it. I used some of the elements from the power point to create the brochure they were originally after.
